The website can only offer an overview of the services we offer. We would encourage you to contact your local Night Nannies Agency who will be happy to discuss your particular situation and use their experience to recommend tailor-made solutions for you.
After a telephone conversation you will be sent the details of a Night Nanny who the agency feels is most suited to your situation, often within 24 hours; you will have the opportunity to interview the Night Nanny, check her references and can then book her.
Once you have confirmed that you wish to book a particular nanny, the agency will issue an invoice for the Registration Fee, payment of which will secure your Night Nanny’s exclusive services for you. It is helpful to know how many nights and how many weeks you might wish to use your Night Nanny in order for them to be able to plan their working diary; however, we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible. In any event, one week’s notice is required to terminate a Night Nanny’s contract.
